He found himself at Locale Firenze, savoring an exceptionally crafted Old Fashioned – a crystal-clear ice cube adorned with the bar's insignia, immersed in the golden elixir. Soon, a robust Moscow Mule with subtle smoky notes followed suit, and suddenly, it felt like he was unlocking the doors to an entirely unexplored world. He had unearthed unparalleled layers of flavor, the enchantment in perfect combinations, and the transformative power of authentic mixology craftsmanship. The bartender couldn't shake him off for hours. They delved into an extensive conversation about homemade bitters, the art of ice crafting, and the importance of engaging all senses to craft the impeccable cocktail. In that same summer, the garage at his home in Enskede underwent a metamorphosis into a brewery and ice fabrication haven. After numerous batches of gum syrup, syrups, tonics, and an abundance of hand-sawn ice, a few recipes emerged as standouts, earning genuine appreciation from friends. As multiple bars and restaurants started placing recurring orders, it became evident that this endeavor was more than just a passing notion. And so, Infused Liquid came to life. Armed with investments in superior equipment and expanded brewing tanks, they are now scaling up production, introducing their premium products on a wider scale.
