About Smartzocks

Smartzocks Sweden AB is a Swedish company with its headquarters and warehouse in Örebro. We were founded in May 2021, and since then, we have had one singular goal: to simplify every household's management of socks. Our passion and focus lie in making your everyday life easier as a customer. We strive to be the absolute best in our field. The concept is designed to eliminate all problems associated with the daily handling of socks.

Why color codes?

Thanks to the smart color-coding on the inside of our Smartzocks, it has never been easier to match socks after washing. Each individual can easily choose their own personal color code, which not only indicates the sock's size and length but also ensures that the right pair always ends up in the right owner's hands. It has never been easier to pair and find the right pair of socks. We are proud to announce that Smartzocks Sweden AB is the first company in the world to offer this unique and comprehensive solution.

HOW IT WORKS

There are three different sizes, and then three different lengths for each size. This corresponds to nine different models. Each category has two or three unique color codes so that you, as a customer, can always choose the color you feel most comfortable with, even if it is not visible from the outside.

You will find this color code in the upper part on the inside of the sock. The idea of placing the color code on the inside of the sock is to make the color code completely invisible when using the socks so that they remain black or white on the outside. Smartzocks are always available in both black and white.

THE IDEA BEHIND SMARTZOCKS

After incredible frustration and possibly hundreds of sock piles later, we can conclude that it is almost impossible to match the right socks when they are completely black or white. In general, the user is looking for something small that distinguishes the socks from each other to find the right pair. This requires unnecessary focus to match correctly among all the socks, almost like playing memory in total darkness, which is time-consuming.

Eventually, those pairing the socks give up, and in most cases, the socks are matched incorrectly. This results in a larger amount of sock balls later being unfolded and remaining unmatched because many of the pairs have the wrong size and length.

There are also an extremely large number of individual socks that need to be thrown away or saved in the hope of someday finding their twin. Unnecessary money is spent on new ones, constantly perpetuating this vicious circle.

That's why the idea of Smartzocks was born.
